Our story

At Delta Refund Solutions, we build on knowledge and experience that now spans three generations. Over that time, the field has changed significantly, but the foundation of the work has always remained the same: handling refund processes carefully and accurately.

What is now a modern digital service started very differently. Two generations ago, this work still meant physically collecting invoices, working with typewriters and visiting authorities in person. Today, this has been replaced by a well-structured digital workflow, making processes faster and more efficient. Yet one thing has never changed: domain expertise and the importance of personal contact.

That combination is exactly what defines our work today. We combine generations of knowledge and experience with the possibilities of modern technology. This helps us work efficiently without losing the personal approach. In the end, this work is not about automated systems and processes, but about involvement, trust and attention to the customer.

Flexible pre-financing

Delta Hybrid allows you to decide when you do or do not want pre-financing. By default there is no pre-financing, but on request you can receive financing within one business day.

Automation

Delta automatically downloads your invoices via fuel supplier portals. After providing your login credentials once, your vat and excise refund process largely runs itself.

Stable cash flow

You pay a fixed monthly subscription fee, which removes cost fluctuations. That gives you clarity every month.

Clear accounting

Because of our subscription structure, Delta does not deduct commissions. You always receive the full refund amount, making reconciliation much easier.
